HELP!!!

Okay, I'm not sure if I'm going to get any response here, but I'm frustrated, desperate and about to cry.

I set up a wordpress blog on my site and I'm trying to import this blog onto there. I went in, granted access and I get this;

Could not connect to https://www.google.com

There was a problem opening a secure connection to Google. This is what went wrong:

Connection refused (111)

Can anyone help me? I looked in the support forums and couldn't find the same issue and for some reason it won't let me log onto the forum in order to post the question there.
SO, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
